  • Develop and engage in practices that support you in making the shifts you are looking to make.

  • Create plans, roadmaps, approaches that help you move toward the way of being that you seek in your life.

Pod Coaching (Beta)

One-On-One Coaching

Individual coaching is a fantastic way to dive into specific things that you want to work on in your work, relationships, and life—I know because it’s done me wonders.

Here’s what it looks like:

  • Weekly 90-minute sessions

  • One 15-minute spot coaching session per month outside of our regular calls (if needed)

  • Access to a secure messaging platform to stay in touch as you need (expect a response from me within 24 hours)

  • A tailored plan and process (my approach is customized to the needs of the folks I’m working with).

  • Homework, exercises, practices, and inquiries that are tailored specifically to your needs.

New in 2023 I’m beta testing something new. I call it Pod Coaching. It’s 1:2 coaching—you and one other man who is working on things in their lives, their work, their relationships. What you two are working on could be similar or vastly different.

Here’s what it looks like:

  • Weekly 90-minute sessions with you and another man;

  • One 15-minute spot coaching session per month outside of our regular calls (this is 1:1);

  • Access to a secure messaging platform to stay in touch with me and your coaching partner as you need (expect a response from me within 24 hours);

  • A tailored plan and process (my approach is customized to the needs of the folks I’m working with);

  • Homework, exercises, practices, and inquiries that are tailored specifically to your needs;

  • Creating a new relationship with another man in which to disrupt harmful patterns and practice new ways of being.

The Commitment

  • 3-month minimum commitment (this is to ensure that the work really sticks)

  • Fees paid upfront.

  • 48-hour cancellation policy (I hold myself to this as well. Of course, there are always extenuating circumstances for either of us.)

  • I have a couple of sliding scale spots. Inquire if you need this.

  • Payment plans are possible.
