On your deathbed, you’re not going to remember this meeting, that project, or your to-do list.

What really matters?

You’re going to remember the people you were with and the relationships you built.

I reject the commonly held notion that jobs and working are our primary value-add as humans. At the same time, the workplace is where many of us spend most of our waking lives. So, why not make it a place of connection, growth, and transformation instead of a treadmill of goals, outcomes, and deliverables?

Why not make it grounds for living our fullest lives?

I work with people who are looking for more—in and out of the workplace.

I coach leaders—and future leaders—of organizations at all levels. I also support teams that are looking to take their work to the next level. Click the link above to see if this is for you.

I work with men through coaching (both individually and in small—very small—groups) as well as in supportive men’s circles. Click the link above to see if this is for you.

I create offerings for both in and out of the workplace; including my Understanding Whiteness program. Click the above link to see what’s happening soon!

Thanks for stopping by!

I’m Greg. I’m a coach, a facilitator, a collaborator, and a fellow human. I work with individuals, small (and sometimes large) groups, teams, and organizations that are at the threshold of one transition or another.

I’ve got a blog here and a favorite spot to grab coffee in my neighborhood—let me know if you’re in the area and we can grab a coffee.
